FAQs

Is there a minimum print quantity?
No – you can have just a few test copies. Varying small amounts of printed copies are included with the offers. You can request more prints at any time

Will prints cost more if I order them afterwards? Regular print prices will apply when ordered separately from the initial number of prints included with your offer. The price per print always comes down the more you order

What if I want to change my video later?
No problem. It can be swapped out any time. Your QR code will still work and can be pointed to the same video with changes or to a different one.

What if I change my mind about the content of my flyer or brochure, will an altered version mean any of the video content has to be changed too? No, this will only apply if you also want to change your video content. You will obviously need to have your flyers or brochures reprinted if you change their visual content. This is why it is a good idea to start with a few prints then order a larger print run when you are ready.

Do I have to make the video?
No – I create it for you from any information you supply and from resources about you and your business or organisation that already exist. You can supply clips of yourself or of anything you wish to be included.

What kind of content can be included?
Anything you like: product demos, personal intros, animated text, avatar spokespeople, checkout links.

Is there any limit to the amount of content included that the QR code(s) lead to? No – Because all the hosting of videos is done for you there are no technical barriers like loading or streaming issues so the content can be as short or as long as you like. Longer content may have an impact on the initial cost if it needs a lot more time to created If you supply content then any additional costs are minimal.

Do I have to pay any more if I change or add content? Only a minimal amount if extra work is incurred after your original order. Eg, 3 months later you want a video replaced or notably altered. Basic minor alterations to your initial project are included in the price, even after you have flyers or brochures printed. You will only pay for the actual reprints of the flyers or brochures.

Do all my printed copies have to be the same or can I have different versions? You CAN have different versions of printed copies at no extra cost (or very minimal if notable changes to the design cause it to be necessary). For the short print runs included in the packages there is no extra print cost for spreading over different versions

So can I regularly change my flyer and video content to reflect my current offers ? YES – You can for example update it every month and replace or alter the videos to reflect a current situation that you don’t wish to be permanent

How can people still get to my website if they scan a QR code and it leads to a video? The videos contain a clickable link that can can lead to any URL destination. Every is designed to automatically take the prospect to the destination of your choice. This is important. The video is a ‘hook’ for engaing your prospect and making sure they DO take the action you want them to!

Does my Dynamic Motion project have to be as one of the packages described? Absolutely not. These are the most popular and straightforward uses. I am happy to give you the best quote possible for any variations. The key to success with Dynamic Motion is its flexibility!
